can Kyocera Strobe be unlocked and used with other networks?
planning to buy Kyocera Strobe ... i live in the philippines and was wondering if it can be unlocked and used with other service providers :)

Not that I'm aware of -- the Strobe is hardwired with Alltel's programing, and is designed for their networks.

I got a strobe for christmas, i dont think that you can use it with anything else. just alltell.
