What is correct; 12 A.M. MIDNIGHT, or 0:00?

Sent the clock change at 11:59:59 (23:59:59) it should show midnight, at 12,(0:00) So actual there are 23.59.59 hours in a DAY, Do you agree

    NO

There are 24:00:00 because you start your day from 00:00:00 instead of 00:00:01

No, there are 24.0.0 hours in a day. It helps to think of time as a continuous concept. From midnight to 1 AM is the first hour of the day, 1 to 2 AM is the second etc. It's similar to your age. You are in your first year when your age is 0, your second when you are 1, etc. So 23:59:59 is the 60th second of the 60th minute of the 24th hour.

Also, Midnight and Noon are neither AM nor PM, but the transition from one to the other. So use Midnight or 0:00

Midnight is 12:00am. Noon is 12:00pm.

    International standard.

Of course there are 24:00 in a day, but you never reach 24:00 since you start from zero.

Conversely, the first year of a century is the "1" year since there was no "0" year. So the 21st century started on January 1, 2001.

    12 AM midnight is 24:00, not 0:00

No. The change to zero is the last second. Zero hundred is midnight. There are some places that do not allow for anything but 00.01 for some reason as well.

Going with the 12 am midnight

0 has no value...unless you talk about the o clock thing
