after restoring my dell laptop to the factory settings mcafee will not update need to find email i used?
mcafee tells me that a previous registration was detected so please login.i can not remember my login info.dell won't help me and i paid dell $100.00 for 3yrs of mcafee .since mcafee has no 1-800# for can. they want my credit card # to pay for my phone call. i think this is total b***sh*t!!

Just goto mcafee's site. Login with your account. Then you can download and reinstall without a problem.

you will need to reactivate/register mcafee as you have restored it so more or less it doesnt know that you have had mcafee on it
