What can a level 3 on yahoo answers do that a level 2 cannot?

Well one thing you can do is poke your tongue out at the level 2 and say nyaaah nyaaah I'm a level 3

well i know that level 3 can do a quadruple back flip without assistance.....but other than that it all has to do with how many times you can ask a question or rate someone elses....so on and so forth....

wait til you get to level 4..that is when they take you snorkeling....FOR FREE!

They have to sit in the back of the yahoo bus whereas the 3's can sit near the front
