I don't think any of us are going to get the points for this one... especially since Batman has answered this question, But I would like to see Spider man win, because Batman only fights for certain women!

Spidy senses tingle and say it has to be the Spiderman, the Batman is a dude with a load of dough dressed to the nines in a black PVC outfit with loads of strap on gadgets, bit strange ehh.

Spiderman's web can be easily cut by Batman's sharp gadgets...
However, Spiderman is more agile... but Batman is more stronger...

spiderman would probably win because he has special powers but batman does his bit by being brainy, strong and skilled and he had to learn all that stuff :)
