how to read and speak englih?

i am indian. my mother tongue is telugu. my qualification is degree (b.com) telugu medium, but i want lern and speak english. plese.

    if u r in school

    read books and translate every word

    so far your English is fairly good...but your spelling isn't...you see the 'check spelling' sign just on the top right hand side of the 'ask' box..click on it for help in what you have just typed.
