Why does she listen to this song?
Every once and a while my wife will listen to Verve Pipe, The Freshman, and while I ask her why she listens to it, all she tells me is that she doesn't know why.
But she listens to it when she is sad or mad and sometimes when she is happy.
Now I can't figure out why because she listens to the song in different moods and I am not entirely sure she doesn't know why.
I'll I do know is that she doesn't listen to it all the time but when she does I am watching her mood.
Is this her hang up or mine?

I'm curious why it bothers you that she listens to this song. I listen to it occationally too. I saw Verve Pipe in concert when the song came out, and listening to it takes me back to that summer, and all the good and bad experiences I had. Leave your wife alone about the song. She is not hurting you by listening to it.

It could be a little of both I know that song reminds me of a certain time in my life.
