How long can different organs live without oxygen? (i.e. brain, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, etc)?

    3-5 for the brain before irreparable damage sets in. After that, it doesn;t matter about the rest of them

    although in a lot of species the flesh or parts of the body appear to be still alive but this is life out of control

    like a piece of shark meat will shivver for hours

    but this is not life

    even when diving the brain gets its oxygen that is still in the lungs
