I think oil Can Henry's is a good start . any experience is good experience. I work for Lexus and didn't start at Henry's. I started working at a tire shop and got basics on repair through there but then ventured out and ended up at the delearship. The big tech's there are willing to help out where ever they can now I'm on my way up the ladder.
