Do you apply eyeliner on the inside of your bottom eyelid(the pink part above your eyelashes) or on the outsi?

You can do one or both. if you do the outside, it makes your eyes look bigger and brighter. if you put it on the inside it makes them look a little smaller but it frames them really nicely. if you do both it just looks nice if u want that smoky eyed look

Lots of people put white eye liner on the inside because it makes your eyes look bigger, and then put other eyeliner on the bottom. But you could do either. Ive noticed that it doesnt last very long on the inside because your eye is so wet there. Also, if you arent careful, using black liner on the bottom can look like a bit too much. Using eye shadow on the bottom looks good too. If you do decide to do liner on the bottom, you should try and get it as close to the lashes as possible, and maybe use brown on the bottom and black on the top. Hope i helped

Both, but depends on what you want... if you are looking for a bolder look, use it in the inside and on the top, inside try a liquid eyeliner that stays put, but if you are not experienced be very careful not to get some in your eyes, I use revlon colorstay liquid eyeliner and on top, a khol eyeliner in a glittery chocolate brown, I buy it in MAC the color is teddy.

I put eyeliner on the outside of my top lid and just a little bit on the outside of my bottom lid. I think that wearing eyeliner on the pink part is annoying and it doesn't stay on as long as wearing it on the outside.

i use eyeliner along my entire lower lid and upper lid. you're generally not supposed to do that though because it makes your eyes look smaller.. but sometimes it looks gorgeous. for me, i look weird if i don't have eyliner along my eye.

i've read in magazines that you should line the top of your eyes, then on your lower eyelid you start from the outside and go in about halfway.. so you don't line the inside. it's supposed to make your eyes look bigger and stand out.

I use it on both, but you're not supposed to use it on the inside of your bottom eyelid because it can easily rub off onto your eyeball and get your tears ducts irritated.

Applying it to the inside makes your eyes look smaller and squinty. If you apply it to the upper and lower lids (but not the inside of the lower lids), it widens and opens up your eyes.

I line the outside- top lids only.

when u r using a kohl pencil, u can use it on th inner lower rims.. and it goes on the upper inner rim itself. otherwise its not important to line that hiden area. good luck:)
