Headache with nosebleed following pain?

My son had a headache or tingling sensation as he discribed it on Christmas day. It passed but he ended up with a nosebleed about 20 minutes later which he has never had before. It was not alot lot of blood just a trickle. He has been having periodic bloody noses since then. Obviously being the Christmas season the doctors is not open should I take him to the hospital or the walk in clinic now or can something like this wait till the 2nd when the offices are open again?
