How can you record premium channels from DVR to DVD player?

It gives me a copyright notice and cuts off, but I was curious to know if there was a way around this?

I recently had a similar problem. There is a product, which you can get from Best Buy's website. It is called GoDVD. It goes around the copyright signal your DVD Recorder has. It is $89.99 on their website. It works well. Hope this helps.

you can pay around $100 for things that go around it, or you can download programs DVD Decrypter (which will rip a DVD to your hard drive while pulling off copyright protections) and DVD Shrink (which will then shrink down the 7.5GB file to a 4.7GB file that will fit on a blank DVD)....that combined with a Netflix subscription will fill your DVD library very quickly.

Since these programs actually work they are becoming difficult to find and download....when you do fine them I suggest burning them to a disc so they can be put on another computer when you get a new one a few years down the road. also friends are always appreciative of them too :)
