Why is Metrolink so bad?
Serco have made a success of operating the Docklands Light Railway in London for Transport for London, but why is Manchester Metrolink, which they also run, so apallingly bad at present?

the metrolink isnt that bad, it is just coming to that timein which it needs major refurbishment, it has been running for ten years and yes in my opinion it needs an upgrade, but all this is in the process of happening. I have heard many people complain about the fare price being high, this is because the metrolink network is maintained from the money raised from fares and is not funded by the authority, unlike DLR
