Since I was born under the sign of water, this is my way of seeking peace when life gets too stressful. I love to go and sit and watch the water move back and forth, this is just relaxing to me. I often think that if that water can keep moving then there is nothing in this life that I cant handle.

YEs, I do. I meditate, I listen to uplifting music, I think about all of the good things that have gone on in my life. Those things bring peace do me. It helps me face stress because it helps me realize how good I really have it. When I remember others and their sufferings, my life doesn't seem so stressful and difficult after all

Jesus, He will give me peace in all my trials. A peace that surpasses all understanding. That kind of peace only comes from God!

when i get stressed i remember that i have a God who loves me & who gave everything for me. i remember that life will go on, and that tomorrow will bring a second chance (and a third, fourth, etc until the day i die). my peace comes from my hope & my hope comes from my faith.

    Reading books in solitude.

Reading books is a solitary endeavour and so it is time out from everyone else who claims my time end energies.

    Reading helps me relieve stress.

Nature. It reminds me that I am small, and in the greater scheme of things, rather insignificant - and so must be most of the things that trouble me at times.

It's balance for me, in all aspects of life. Be it in what I do (work-life balance) or what I eat (balanced diet).
