i'm assuming your blue eyes also have a tint of something in them... like... green or brown...

i suggest the maybelling 4 color pallet that is specially made for different eye colors...

on the "blue" palate... there is a very light shimmery blue to go at the most bottom edge of your eye lid, then the shimmery brown, then a lighter golden color, then a very light milky, creamy, ice blue.

If I've said it once I've said it a million times. Browns and coppers TRUST ME. I have used nothing except those colors since I discovered them in 8th grade. They really make blue eyes pop.

Can't go wrong with coppers, and browns. You can do blue too, not mimi blue, but soft grey blues look so fantastic. Avoid pitch black eyeliner and go more for "smoke" and light browns.

    browns and golds

you can even try some maroons

Blues will make you look trashy

Greens won't help and will detrack from blue eyes.
