Yahoo Messenger Chat invaded by bots?

It seems that bots have taken control of what once used to be the best place to meet the largest amount of people. Signing in to Yahoo Messenger and then selecting one of hundreds of chatrooms used to be the ideal thing to do on when you had nothing else. Now, if you have recently signed on or tried it, you will notice that bots (automated responding robots that spam and ask you for you age while they're at it) have taken over...

It seems that they were right about the future, those who predicted robots will in essence come to life. Those bots are not to be underestimated either. I recall a chat with a bot that last 5 questions. They indeed are getting smarter those bots - or we a little dumber and easier to fool.

Why is yahoo doing nothing to fix this problem? Are yahoo messenger chat rooms history and a part of the past now? What do you think of bots, and how we will cope with them in the future? Don't you miss yahoo chat?

I found many bots on yahoo messenger before. But now days, they are decreased their activities. You really need to update with the latest messenger yahoo published. The newer the messenger is, the secure the messages will be. So if any messages come to you without any reason, believe that those are from real persons.

The next time a bot asks your age tell it you are older than Microsoft and see if it laughs. Bots are the main reason I don't do a lot of chat anymore... but sometimes bots are the only ones that respond/have anything intelligent to say anyway.

if you use a auto bot blocker ur not see them when you enter chat room and yes them bots are getting smart
