Do you keep a Gratitude Journal?

Update:

For those who have not heard of writing a Gratitude Journal, it's a simple written record or list of the small everyday blessings that we all experience: it could be the smile of a baby, or seeing an old friend again, or enjoying a meal, the kindness of a stranger, etc. All these little things add up, and you begin to realize how abundant your life is, when you re-read it. I've been writing mine (in a notebook) about once a week, for over 10 years.

Here is a link on the subject:

Hi! That's an excellent idea! I just say outloud, "I am Blessed"... I feel wonderful and so do the people around me. Good luck and Happy New Year!

I have never heard of that idea before. It seems like a good idea and should be part of journalling.

Nope, writing seems pointless. WHat's the use of it if you're not going ot read it later?

No. I am grateful. How does that help you spiritually?
