Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure it's hit the midwest. The real Emo does not exist as it is perceived with the depressed/slit your wrists crap. Emo was at it's height around the post-hardcore era. So, kids, stop calling everything emo.
I don't want to bother to even know what scene is. All I know is they have a certain fashion, and it's a fad. Good-day.
