You haven't said what browser you are using, but I this has become the Microsoft method of choice to hide your Menu toolbar. Just press ALT and the toolbar comes back. Then go to VIEW | TOOLBARS and click on Menu Bar. That'll get the toolbar back. Remember that answer in case you ever use Vista. They have done that with EVERY explorer in Vista. You'll need to know how to do it.

you have to right click area where it used to be and then choose from there good luck
