What are some universities/colleges in San Francisco that are around the academic level of a state university?

I'm a junior in high school and I'm having difficulty deciding colleges to apply to in about a year's time. My SAT scores are pretty good, relatively speaking, about 2000 out of the possible 2400. My high school grades so far are pretty good - GPA of about 3.5. I intend to continue my schooling after college, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    University of San Francisco (Catholic private university)

    Golden Gate University (private university)

    Lincoln University, Oakland , California

    University of California, Berkeley, Calif. (part of the University of California System. )
