does anybody know how to automatically save copy's of outgoing email?

There have been several instances that i have sent mail and later wished I had kept a copy.. can the be setup to happen every time i send a email? yes by yahoo mail!

    It's called 'Save Sent Messages'.

    ------

    To save your sent messages>

    >Go to your email box

    >click on 'Options' (upper right, horizontal list of options, blue letters)

    >scroll down to and click on 'General Preferences' (second column, blue letters)

    >scroll down to the 'Folders/Search Results' section

    >under 'Special Folders:'>

    >check the box '[/] Save your sent messages in the Sent Items folder'

    >click on the 'Save' button (top left, under 'Mail' tab)

    You will have a folder called 'Sent' (left coumn, above the 'Bulk' folder)

    Yes you can have your email to automatically save sent mail. Are you talking about Yahoo email?
