Always by telephone. The reason is when you order you can get his name and ID # in case there is any problem. If you order without speaking to a live person, and a problem arises(which often happens when you order online) you now do not have a contact person to help you. Try sending them an email saying you have a problem and good luck on getting a return call. This was a good question.
