Is there a web/company who will take a credit card payment and make out a money order?

I am looking for something other than a cash advance. I have heard there is a site that does this.

Someone overpaid their credit card by $1000, and that was rent money. The landlord does not accept credit cards to pay rent payment

Update:

There is nothing illegal going on here. But I didn't think about that. Kinda scary.

First of all, call your credit card company and try to explain the situation, request a supervisor, they might be able to reverse the payment. One thing you can also do, depending on your credit card company and your account status, is request convenience checks. This will be a check that you can write to the landlord, but the money comes from your credit line. The only bad thing is sometimes there is a fee associated with doing so. However, you might be able to get a lower rate on a convenience check purchase than you do on your regular credit card balance. That is your best bet. Even if you had to pay a fee it is still better than getting evicted!
