A update on my situation this is getting weird any suggestions????
From a earlier post I talked about this retared kid who lives up the street from me that steals my mail and puts in other peoples mailboxes.....I went and talked to his mom she is really no better off then he is....I mean this kid is really retarded he wears a football helmet when he is outside really fuked up kid. I asked my neighbor if she has had any problems with him, she told me the boy has been pulling out his peter in front of her......Should I be worried my neighbor does have a nice set of boobs and I can't hardly blame the stupid tard for doing something like that....

Step 1: Get the tard family a counselor.
Step 2: Show the tard your peter to see if he likes it.
Step 3: IDK

Step 5: Give the tard a months inscription to Playboy magazine. He should leave his mom alone.

You can very easily put a key lock on your mail box. keep one key and give the other to the mailman. Maybe after a while when the mentally challenged young man sees he can't get your mail he will quit trying and you can remove the lock.

fooling with mail is a federal offense. Tell your post office about it. As far as the lady goes if shes offended enough she will turn him in to the cops

Well, since you seem sincerely concerned, why not ogo over there and live. you can instruct the child on the correct way to live since you seem to be an authority and have alot of education and class.
