You can self-publish it, approach some of the major knitting magazines that take submissions of patterns, or approach a company such as FiberTrends that publishes individual patterns. However, do be sure that this is a totally original design, not a variation of someone's else's pattern because you need to make a significant change in someone else's pattern for it to be orginal.
