Yo tuve el mismo problema con un Nokia 6061: Hay equipos que no tienen configuracion para Red. Solo los modelos que se manejan con plan tarifario pueden hacerlo, y lo hacen directamente con ellos. Pregunta a Telcel directamente, ya que no es tan simple. saludos!

no encuentro el modelo de ese telefono pero selecciona el mas parecido al tuyo y chance y lo puedes configurar
