Personally, I dont think that the war was about WMD. If you re-call in like 95 or 96 when the first Bush went to the Middle East, Saddam tried to have him killed. If you think about it this war was about revenge and oil. Obviously the U.S. knew that Iraq didn't have anything (weapons) or they wouldn't have invaded them. Why u think the U.S. haven't touched Iran or North Korea? JUST THINK

If Saddam had no weapons why did he kick out the inspectors? Because Iraq's men have balls, what ever they maybe they are men. When the citizen's of the USA allow UN inspectors to inspect your countries secret biological, chemical and nuclear weapon sites, count your armies and tear down universities to check out the existence of WMD then you may complain about the reaction of those countries that throw out nosey strangers and fight against invading armies. If I were a American of age I would be killing Iraqis, I would go but I would not hate demean or dehumanize those I would kill. I sure would not wonder why they were shooting at me. As for Saddam's WMD, two years ago the stated they had found nothing and the shrub, but not Darth Vader, quit claiming that they existed. CNN really has to be taken with a grain of salt.

Congress, this year, said that 500 WMD shells were found since the invasion. The U.S. even posted online Saddam's detailed plans on making an atomic weapon. The plans were so detailed, critics demanded that the U.S. take those plans offline so others couldn't use them.

Wasn't it just the casings? You'd think the Bush Administration would be all over that since that's been the stinging holdout that's hurt his case for war in Iraq since the get-go.

I do wish people would quit harping over this one. It was never a prime point, just a worry that tilted the timing. Nit-picking over details may be satisfying to political opponents, but it's hardly useful in determining public policy.
