The black box of the plane is indestructible, why do they not make the plane of the same material ?

'Cos the plane would never get off the ground, being (i) too heavy to fly, and (ii) lacking the necessary metallurgical characteristics such as expansion/contraction under changing heat, air pressure, etc.

It's nmot indestructable, that's why they have 2 or more in each plane.
Also, it would be several orders of magnitude too heavy to fly with the current engines, so you'd need more, bigger engines and LOTS of fuel

Black boxes are very tiny. They're even smaller than the seats in coach. Since most adults are overweight, they wouldn't be comfortable sitting in a little black box.

Ummm, not sure...
you'd have to ask George Carlin on this one.
By the way, do you get on the plane or IN the plane? This always messes me up...

Because the plane would weigh so much that it would never get off the ground.
