Does she like me?
There's this girl at my work. She smiles at me and starts up conversations with me whenever we both have free-time or when I pass her during my break. She is kind of shy, and I've caught her starting at me only once (not positive she was staring, but I'm pretty sure; she looked away once I looked at her). I'm not too attractive, but I've had some nice conversations with her and she always looks at me and smiles when we talk (which isn't too often because I only see her at work). From what I've mentioned, can any of you tell if she likes me? I plan on asking her for her number so I would like to know. Thanks!
I should mention we are both 16 and neither of us can legally drive yet... Sorry about leaving that out!

Well, i think she likes you!
If she smiles (a true smile) when she talks to you, she definitely likes you. You can find out more when you ask her for her number, and maybe ask her to go to dinner, or just for a drink of coffee!!

Maybe she likes you..there is a distinked possibility that she might. although she could just like you as a friend. but i am sure once you get her number and you two have a nice conversation together you will find out more. Good Luck!!!

I think that the best way to find out is to find out from her friends. Once these girls' friends came up to me and told me that she liked me, at the time i took it as a joke but eventually i found it to be true.
I mean , why should they lie?

Why not ask her if she fancies going for a drink after work one day, make it casual and you will be able to tell by her reaction if she likes you that way or not
