    I use both of them

    tooth pick if I am out and then when I get home floss

    I pick dental floss because it cleans your teeth just,like a tooth brush but it does not have any tooth paste and it does help much more than a tooth pick!

    dental floss is a much more thorough cleaning process. A tooth pick is just a quick solution when on the go, not a replacement.
