Can I put music from I-Tunes onto my non-iPod MP3 player?

I have been using i-Tunes to download music just to have the songs, but was given a Samsung MP3 player for Christmas. Can I move the songs I've already downloaded through i-Tunes to Windows Media Player so that I can put them on my MP3 player? If so, how do I do it? If I can't, what is the best way to download music legally that I can play on WMP?

yeah actually its easier to trasfer songs to an MP3 player than an ipod .. what u can do is .. hook up ur mp3 player ... and open up "My computer" ull see a new hard drive which is ur new samsung mp3 player.. what u could do is u can also open up the itunes folder where u have all ur songs .. and drag them to ur samsung hard drive that shows... songs will get copied .. and voila ull have ur songs on the samsung..... you could copy them from teh itunes folder and paste them into teh samsung's hard drive .. ive been doing that with my creative zen..... its not rocket science man... it will work .... actually i think ipods are overrated...

Owww hold on if your songs are in ACC/OGG format then all u have to do is convert them if ur samsung doesnt support ACC/OGG .. you can get a free converter here:

    http://www.download.com/Pak-Audio-Converter/3000-2...

its PAk - audio converter .... i used it ;) Good luck.

If you have downloaded in AAC format, you can convert them to MP3 using I-Tunes then copy them to WMP. Under I-Tunes you can use Ctrl-R (Show in windows Explorer) and copy the files to a new directory.

You can. You have to convert the ACC files to Mp3 files or whatever files it says the mp3 player says it takes. One of my friends did that for me so i'm not actually 100% sure how it works. If you go to help with Itunes i think it will tell you though...

If you more help i'll try to get back to you after asking my friend. :)

Yes, but you have to first convert it from ITunes' AAC format to mp3 or wma through a conversion program. You can find a free one on the Internet.
