You are right but naming a street shouldn't take the effort that they have been forced to put into it. Just do it and get it over with. Martin Luther King was a great man worthy of some tribute

Who said YOU get to decide what they should and should not do, anyway? Different people focus on different things, just as some people fight for people with mental disabilies and others fight to stop homelessness. Are you gonna go yell and them and say, "You should be fighting for world peace because I think it's important and you should drop your cause and listen to me me me!"

No, of course you wouldn't do something that like. And if you did, that'd be a pretty ignorant thing to do. Yeah, world peace is great. Yeah, fixing problems in certain areas of the city is great. But sometimes people wanna focus on something different, and you can't get on them just because YOU don't think it's a good idea.

If YOU are so concerned about it, why don't YOU do something to better that neighborhood so YOU don't have to complain about it anymore?

There must be one in each great metropolitan city contained in the U. S.. you're speaking about San Francisco, la, Oakland, Sacramento, Chicago, lengthy island, Houston, New Orleans.....

It is okay, I am sure that renaming a street MLK blvd will bring improvement and prosperity to the area.
