I am having ipod troubles.?

Yes, you have to say something like add to library manually instead of update automatically, bc it will only put the songs there that are in the library on that computer and delete all others.

I had this before you just need to change the settings on iTunes as it sounds like yours is set to automatically update.

Go to Itunes-->Preferences and a the bottom of the window you should see "Check for updates automatically" if this box is checked uncheck it and all should be fine.

Otherwise if nobody else finds another solution it may be a technical problem and return your ipod to the retailer.

what you maybe doing is erasing the ones you already have but there an automatic update and it doesn't find the ones you had so next time just keep all the videos and songs on file
