This question is more of an exercise in dictionary usage. Anaphora appears in the Oxford Concise dictionary and I'm sure there are many examples in Act 1, probably even Scene 1. As for Polysyndeton, I don't have access to the full OED and so have no definition. If your teacher did not provide the definition, then you will have to go to the library and look it up. Chances are that examples also appear in Act 1. Lousy answer but my vocabulary is not up to Shakespeare's so I'm mired in the slough of my obtuseness.
