I HAVE NO IDEA. IT'S SCARY. WHERE ARE THE PARENTS ANYWAY.

Because it looks friendly, and in general, it is. And if they actually care they will monitor the site and will keep track of what's happening. I'd let my 13 year old on here if he/she was mature.

I have no idea. I don't let my 6 or 8 year old on the computer without me.

because parents do not usually monitor whats going on, on their kids computers. what sites they are looking at, who they're chatting with etc. Ever see the show about "on line predators"? If parents were monitoring their kids we wouldn't need that show, now would we?

Because they arent aware of the dangers that roam on here..i think thats just one of the reasons.

Because this is a public site.
They should be allowed to enter here and hopefully it can be safe for them.

because they are not paying attention to where they go online, and just assume that they are in a safe place, which this is, but what about other places out there

well the kids dont have to have permission. and in a way it helps them. they can get on here and ask questions.

They might be at work or on meth. There are still some computer illiterate parents that don't realize what their kids are doing on the computer.
