Video Ipod Battery Problem???
I recently got a a 80 gig Video Ipod, I've added a few videos, and some music and charged the battery just fine. Im having trouble with having battery life for a longer period of time than an hour with video.... I've read in forums of people having 6 to 8 hours of battery life with video. I've never dropped it, or update its firmware since I read alot of people have problems with the current ones outhere. Would the firmware update fix this issue, or is my battery the one thats fried? Any help will be appreciated, I just got this Ipod for x-mas and I cant believe im already having headaches with it!!!

If you have the Apply Warranty, its a good time to put it use, these sort of defects occur time to time and im sure apple will fix it, talk to one of their tech guys and they'll let you know.

see it depends on the quality, size, and hard drive.
the quality is a drain because it kills more battery while the quality gets higher
the size in pixels is important because the more pixels, the more the ipod has to work
the bigger the hard drive, the more the ipod has to spin while it locates the vids/songs
or the battery blows:-)
