It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.

Everyone loves to quote a saying, sometimes they live their lives by it. One of my favourite sayings is "Every contact leaves a trace" this applies to science and for day to day living. I will never forget this saying as it was delivered in a lecture at New Scotland Yard by a senior...

I loved that quote, and it's so true! Every single one of us has a reason for being here, because everyone effects the whole world in a certain way.

I like this quote: "Life's like a bicycle- when it gets tough, you know you're going up."

My friend was going through a hard time and needed to be reminded of that sentence once.
