Let it charge for a few days on hold. Afterwards take it off the charger and hold. ENJOY!!!

nicely in case you downloaded from limewire or frostwire or something like which you have gotten a scourge. yet once you didnt then what i could do is once you hook up your ipod seem for the that broadcasts restore ipod to production unit settings. which will erase your ipod and make it only like new. then only re-sync
