Does anyone know the the time and place of birth for Saddam Hussien?

Question

The date of birth that I have for Saddam Hussien is April 28, 1937.  It has been said that his hometown was Takrit.  But that does not mean he was born there.  Obviously I'm interested in his horoscope and to do it accurately not only is the birthdate needed but the time and place as well.  If anyone has this information I would appreciate knowing it and the source as well.
