You'd have to go through a lot of red tape. Secretaries, assistants, publicists, agents, production company people--these are some of the people you would probably have to go through.

If you really have a great idea to pitch--don't just send it in the mail. Make certain you have located someone who actually has access to the actor or at least Mel's office.

Go to a Hollywood movie premiere its the best way or BECOME famous then u can meet him ..

Move to New York City. Then hang out at all the cool places where celebrities hang out.

Thats easy..just stalk him and write threaten letters, you should be able to meet him in court

or go to one of the local bars he hangs at

try dialing 411 on your phone and it gives you peoples numbers and so on then send a letter asking to meet him
