What is hairlipping the devil?
I know what a hair lip is, and it seems like a very cruel figure of speech, but what does it mean? Thanks.
Be nice and no BS.
Thanks, but I've heard other people using it in real life. Any other ideas?

"Devil's Harelip" (sometimes spelled Devil's Hairlip) is a slang term for Glint, which is a fictional drug on the TV show "Stangers with Candy". Presumably, "Harelipping the Devil" would be to ingest the drug.

As it seems I can't respond a second time, I'm editing this one.
The only other references that I've found that mention both the devil and harelip are in reference to the fact that children born with harelips were sometimes regarded as cursed by either a witch or the devil, which hardly seems relevant.
I have run across a few references to "harelipping," and have included the most relevant below. The first one is the only one that includes an explanation of the expression. As it's a google cache file and could vanish before you see it, I'll quote the relevant lines here:
.....>Well you are harelipping (whatever that means) to solve your
.....problem,
.....>aren't you?
.....
.....It's a Texas expression meaning to cause problems for
.....another group in blind ignorance.
How one would go about causing the devil problems out of blind ignorance... I honestly have no idea. That doesn't seem to make a lot of sense.
Sorry I wasn't more help.
