Does anyone remember a song from the early 90's that was song by a very young kid and part of it is in french?

I think he said Oo, oo, baby. It was a one hit wonder I think.

    Yes! I was thinking about that song the other day, in fact! It's called "Dur dur d'être bébé", which translates to "It's Tough to Be a Baby". It was sung by Jordy.
