Yep, this is how I look at it, if they are promising me to win a couple million and they are actually scamming me here's the solution. Once they're caught they should be required to make good on their promise and pay the money transferred in us funds to each person that was ripped off, and then let their own govt decide what should happen to them.
They obviously live under a different ruleset and seem to think what they're doing is harmless. They should be made examples of and then broadcasted on their own television stations or whatever they use to communicate and get word to more wannabe scammers. I think it's sad that people actually fall for this crap, it really needs to stop, as much as people using greed at Christmas time to profit off of.
But like they always say what goes around comes around, karma will get you, count on it.

Yes, I get them all the time too.
Guess they are people at work trying to make a living and not caring who they are ripping off... they think we can all afford to loose our money because to them "all Americans are rich"...
Just because we can afford to buy a pair of shoe laces>>>
GOOD LUCK

Yes, what ever you do, don't open them. I can't believe people fall for that stuff, they want you to send them money so they can send you money. Yeah, right!!!
