Do you know about eweddings? Super helpful!?

Hey, my fellow brides to be! I found a great site ($9.95 a month though), to post our wedding information. If you go to eweddings.com, you can create an account where you can post dress codes (I'm having a luau theme, so I want my guests to wear hawaiian shirts and sundresses-they'll be more comfortable), they can RSVP on the site, pick their menus, see photos of us and the wedding party, read the bride and groom's stories, get directions to the ceremony/reception, see our vendors, anything you can think of. It's sooo easy to set up too, it took me only fifteen minutes and everyone loves it!

I think you mean http://www.ewedding.com/ since eweddings.com is a bridal shop. I know about this site and is a great place to host your personal wedding website. Lots of bells and whistles and their hosting is much better than the knot. Very speedy and the customer service is better too.

Hadn't heard of it but if I am going to pay for monthly hosting, I'd probably just buy a domain name and set it up myself. I can do the RSVP and menu planning either with a survey site or by doing the coding myself. Might take a little more time to set up but then it could be just the way I want it.

There are a lot of other sites where you can do that for free...you should still send out an invitation, though, and just put the web address on the bottom...some people still don't have internet and you wouldn't want to leave them out of the RSVP loop.

You can do most of that for free, on TheKnot.com.
