Dear Angie, I do hope you decide to go on living as God has a great plan for your life and if you don't go on how will you ever reach the potential that he has in store for you. The bible tells us that it rains on the just and the unjust so we will all have to suffer through some things. But consider these as test and trials we have to go through but God will see us through them and bring us out victorious on the other side...

Although I don't know you, I can PROMISE you that you will feel much happier in the future. As bad as you feel, you don't stay depressed forever. You need to be strong and suffer through the bad times to get to the good ones.

Your best reason to live is because tomorrow (or the next day) will bring a better day. You are a human being, and life is precious. You are worth more than the choices that you have made or the luck or misfortune that has come your way.

Whatever is bothering you, try not to spend too much time thinking about it. Instead, just try to get through the day. Go for a walk outside. Get fresh air. Talk to as many people as you can. If you have no one to talk to, stay on forums like this one. The important thing is to keep busy.

There is no recipe for how our lives are supposed to turn out. Try not to compare yourself to anyone else or to how you expected things to be.

If you can't think of any other reasons to live, just think about this forum. In the 5 minutes that your question has been posted, look at how many replies you have gotten. Lots of people care about you, even if you haven't met them yet.

Have you recently started to feel this way- or has it been on going for a while? If it is recent- you could have what they call S.A.D.D the tech term is something like Seasonal Affliction Disorder or something to that effect- which pertains to the season- which it is winter and there is less day light hours and it messes with our bodies and our minds- I find that turning on every light in the whole damn house helps me- (also makes the electric co. pretty perky too!) Maybe try getting more light either from natural sources or maybe try fake baking ( tanning booths) I haven't tried those but have heard they do help. Good Luck and I know that there is a good reason for you to go on living- God Loves You and so do many others- hang in there girl!

A reason to live is be able to watch the sun come up. To feel a nice soft bed at night. A reason to live is because you are a wonderful person and really need to stick around as the world would never be the same without you.

I know you are feeling very sad now, but this will not last and through the darkness there is the hope of the light to come. There is good news....you don't have to live being sad because there is help! It may be as simple as taking a medicine that will lift this heavy burden from you or it may be you need counseling.

There is a purpose for your life and a reason. Don't throw away your chance to find out what your purpose is! I will be praying for you and asking the Lord to lift this spirit of sadness from you. Turn to the Lord and ask him to help you. If you would like to email me, I would be happy to talk to you. Please don't do anything to yourself. You are precious to the Lord and He numbers the hairs on your head. Call on Jesus and talk to him. If your mom or dad or relative or friend is around, try talking to them. Please email me and let me know how you are! God bless you!

Look around and you will find someone in a worse situation than you are in. Most of the time they are handling it in a great manner. As the old saying goes when life throws you lemons make lemonade as keep on going. I sit here right now in the hospital with my mother on her death bed---I could wallow in pity or make the best of it. I choose a positive outlook and I hope this will give you a reason to live. I don't know why you are so down in the dumps but if you have the chance to make things right with someone PLEASE do it before it is too late.

Sometimes sadness is caused by nutrient deficiency or other dietary issues.

Before you make any decisions , you should make it a point to eat very healthy and take vitamin, mineral & calcium supplements for several days to see if your mood alters.

Would be a total waste to die because you had a diet deficiency !

life is beautiful and it is a gift, it is way to precious to let it go away.

its full of ups and downs, happiness and sadness, rain and sunshine, expectable and unexpectable.

making the most of what we have, counting our blessings, observing the "sweet nothings" around us, admiring nature, a baby's smile, old ppl looking after each other.

life is beautiful, depends on which angle you look at it from, trusut me the best is yet to come. experience it and enjoy it.

    god bless you!
