How to find more resumes?

I really need to find more candidates.

I'm in the I/T department of a company on the north side of Houston, and have several openings for varying skill levels and skill sets. If we already have people watching Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, and the Houston Chronicle, can you think of anywhere else we should be looking?

(This is not a solicitation for resumes, rather I'm looking for new recruiting channels.)

Update:

Ok, if you feel the need to send a resume, what I need most urgently are an entry level Java programmer...or an experienced system integrator, preferably with healthcare experience.

Update 2:

For political reason, I can't necessarily post a listing, I really need to be able to search existing resumes. (Though, I like craiglist, and I may try to push that also.)

You can search their resumes or post your listing. I once posted a job listing and received 200 resumes the first day. 15 of them were ideal candidates.

You can also try www.cvtips.com , to be more specific, check out their "job wanted/job vacancy" forum sections. However, they are pretty...let's say new. But who knows...It's a suggestion
