My friend would like a dog that remains small, but does not want to spend to much money, any suggestions?

She is not interested in a particular breed or even a full breed dog, just something that would fit in a pet carrier(small one). Her price range is around $300 - $500. What types would you suggest she looks for?

If she would like an intelligent dog that is super cute, spunky, and loaded with personality, I would suggest a Miniature Pinscher. They stay small....but, they are full of energy.

go to your shelter and look around---you should not ever pay $300-500 for a dog when there are so many dogs in shelters just waiting for a home. I am wondering why your friend needs to carry a dog around in a pet carrier, I hope she is not a Brittany-Nicole wannabe who carried their teeny dogs all over just for the attention.

If she is not interested in a particular breed the her to go to petfind.com

Have her pick dog for animal

Have her pick young for a age

    Have pick small for size

Have her put in her zip code

She should be able to find a dog. Have her do it once a month until she finds her dog

Get a mixed breed dog they are always extra cheep because the blood line is contaminated...I sugest geting a youriepoo mine cost $500 and she is a loving dog she also protects use too we have never had any vet problems they seam to be very helthy dogs also because they are part yorkie the dont like to get dirty so you dont have to groom them often

I would recommend your friend to go to an animal shelter and adopt some full grown mix like a beagle mix. Animal shelters have several dogs lokking for a loving home, and your frien would feel good about saving a dogs life.

That's easy. Have an auction for a date with Buk or his Dog. Sell the tickets for the date with Buk for 50 cents and for $5 for the Dog. Make sure to promise leg-humping on the date with either one. amen ,let's eat.. doggy biscuits

she doesnt have to get a pure breed you can go to your local animal shelter but the type of dog you get should depend on your life style and where you live

Go to the pound. Ask to see full-grown dogs so you can see what size they are.

And give an unwanted pooch a home. ;o)

Try a beagle. They remain a small size and don't over do it on the barking.
