If you have some forms of security software, it is possible. For example, parental settings under many security softwares log internet usage. In addition, your router (if you have one) can log the IP addresses it connects to. To check whether you have a log enabled on the router, simply type in "192.168.1.1" or "192.168.0.1" into your address bar, enter the security info, and disable the log (this varies depending on the brand of the router). Logs from security software can be disabled, but this varies depending on the program.
If someone really wants to find out what you are doing on a comptuer, they can put a "keylogger" on your computer. This basically tracks anything that is typed.

Some routers keep logs and if you are using a 'Proxy" they can keep logs of the web sites you visit. Also, there are programs that can be installed that will track lots of information like web sites, photos or even key strokes you type on the keyboard. Some of these can be installed so that the computer user would never know they are running.
