Clickbank is great. Yes you have the option to pay out commissions for other people selling your book, but those are sales that you probably wouldn't make on your own anyway.
If you make the sale yourself, you get it all (minus a small transaction fee).
If you strictly want to sell all copies yourself and keep all the money, I would just set up a website yourself and use Paypal.com as your payment processor.

that's funny. I was just on Lulu.com today. Not because I want to publish a book but rather I want that domain name.
Anyhow, I've seen links for it around the net and it looks pretty comprehensive and substantial.

ClickBank if you want to give up half your profit for more sales.
Your own website if you know how to promote it yourself.
