Although I do not know what the file is, I downloaded it and scanned with McAfee. The file appears to be clean. Of course I did not run it and have deleted it now.

As soon as you have the program in, soft mode your antivirus program scan to see if everything okay. I use AVG and so far have not found a problem with the downloads I have put in.
